We will help assist you in filing your patent application (Provisional, Utility & Design) and do minor edits  so that you can be assured you will have a properly filed Patent Application with the USPTO. We offer 1 on 1 Patent Review before submission to ensure that the patent meets the requirements  USPTO standards. 

There are no refunds on this service. The services will be completed and delivery will be made in three weeks from date of receipt of payment and signed agreement from you.

All these services include a complimentary hour consultation so please have any questions or concerns prepared to make the most of this meeting. Anything outside of an hour is $200/hour for further consultation.
