Inventor Phase 2:
Patent Drafting

We will create your entire Provisional Patent Application, PPA, including the elements of the more formal non provisional patent application, NPA, only without the claims elements as these are not required or even desirable in a PPA.

 

We will work together so that we understand your inventive idea and with that understanding I will be able to draft the PPA so that it will be easy for an attorney to convert it to an NPA.

 

If necessary, we will create and or edit your drawings for your PPA so that you will have a properly drafted PPA with the USPTO.

 

You will be able to email and either phone or video contact and we will give you updates on the progress so that you can see where your project is.

 

When it comes time to convert your PPA to an NPA we also provide those services and will draft your Utility or Design Patent for a fair and reasonable fee.

 

Note: This does include the filing with the USPTO. You may file what we provide or I can do it with the filing service I provide based on either Micro or Small entity.

 

There are no refunds on this service. The services will be completed and delivery will be made in three weeks from date of receipt of payment and signed agreement from you.
